Refund policy

Eligibility for Returns:

1. Timeframe: Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.

2. Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Due to the nature of diffusers and fragrances, returns will not be accepted if the product has been used or opened.

3. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required to initiate a return.

Non-Returnable Items. We do not accept returns for:
- Gift cards
- Final sale or promotional items purchased at a discounted price
- Used or opened diffusers and fragrances 

 

Return or Exchange Process:

Online Returns:

Contact Customer Service at (Support@Maxscentco.com) to start the return process.

Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and include your receipt or order confirmation. If the return is due to a defect, please provide supporting documentation such as photos or videos to facilitate assessment.

Ship the product to the return address provided by our Customer Service team.

Please Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

1. Refund Method:  Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

2. Processing Time: Refunds may take 5 to 7 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item.

3. Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. It is the customer’s responsibility to cover all shipping costs associated with returns.

 

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same item or one of equal or greater value, please contact us at Support@Maxscentco.com


Defective or Incorrect Item

If the customer receives a defective or incorrect product, they must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item, and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

 

9. Do you offer a warranty?

Yes, all diffusers include a 6-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. For issues, please contact us with your order number and a photo/video of the problem. Shipping fees may apply.
