1. What is included with my diffuser purchase?
Each diffuser comes with a charging cable, instruction manual and its respective oil quantity. Oil selection of your choice.
2. How do I use the diffuser?
Our diffusers don't require water, simply pour our oils into the diffuser's reservoir and watch the magic happen.
3. What type of oils can I use?
We recommend 100% pure essential oils or fragrance oils. Avoid using carrier oils or thick, syrupy liquids, as they can clog the diffuser.
4. How long does the scent last?
Depending on the model and mist setting, oil can last anywhere from 2 weeks on the small car diffuser to 4 months on the medium and large diffuser.
5. Do your oils contain any harmful chemicals?
No. All of our oils are cruelty-free, non-toxic, and free from parabens, phthalates, and synthetic dyes. Safe for kids and pets, however may cause allergic reactions in sensitive individuals. Use with care. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
6. Can I use the diffuser overnight?
Yes! All of our models include auto shut-off features for safety. Make sure to place the diffuser on a flat surface away from electronics or fabrics.
7. What’s the difference between ultrasonic and nebulizing diffusers?

Ultrasonic diffusers use water and vibration to disperse a fine mist.

Nebulizing diffusers use pure oil only (no water), offering a stronger scent throw.

8. How do I clean my diffuser?
Wipe the tank clean with a soft cloth every few uses. For a deeper clean, use a mixture of water and white vinegar and let it sit for 5–10 minutes before rinsing.
9. Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, all diffusers include a 6-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. For issues, please contact us with your order number and a photo/video of the problem. We might ask you to ship the faulty unit back to us, don't worry, we will cover shipping fees.
10. How long will shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 4–10 business days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking info once shipped.
11. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Canada and USA. International shipping will be available soon — sign up for updates!
12. Can I return my order?
We offer a 30-day return policy on unused items in original packaging. If you’re not happy, reach out and we’ll make it right.
