1. What is included with my diffuser purchase?
Each diffuser comes with a charging cable, instruction manual and its respective empty oil quantity. Oil sold separately unless purchased in a bundle.
2. How do I use the diffuser?
Answers may vary depending on diffuser model. All diffusers come with their respective manuals. Generally pour the oils into the diffuser bottles and turn on the diffuser with its respective power on options.
3. What type of oils can I use?
We recommend 100% pure essential oils or fragrance oils. Avoid using carrier oils or thick, syrupy liquids, as they can clog the diffuser.
4. How long does the scent last?
How long an oil lasts someone greatly varies, contact Support@Maxscentco.com for specific estimates of your space and oil of choice.
5. Do your oils contain any harmful chemicals?
No. All of our oils are free from parabens, phthalates, and synthetic dyes. However may cause allergic reactions in sensitive individuals. Use with care. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
6. Can I use the diffuser overnight?
Yes! All of our models include auto shut-off features for safety. Make sure to place the diffuser on a flat surface away from electronics or fabrics.
7. What’s the difference between ultrasonic and nebulizing diffusers?

Ultrasonic diffusers use water and vibration to disperse a fine mist.

Nebulizing diffusers use pure oil only (no water), offering a stronger scent throw.

8. Is it safe for pets and kids?
Our diffusers and oils are safe to use around children and pets when diffused lightly in well ventilated areas.
9. How do I clean my diffuser?
Wipe the tank clean with a soft cloth every few uses. For a deeper clean, use a mixture of water and white vinegar and let it sit for 5–10 minutes before rinsing.
10. Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, all diffusers include a 6-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. For issues, please contact us with your order number and a photo/video of the problem. Shipping fees may apply.
11. How long will shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 4–10 business days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking info once shipped.
12. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Canada and USA. International shipping will be available soon — sign up for updates!
13. Can I return my order?
We offer a 30-day return policy on unused items in original packaging. If you’re not happy, reach out and we’ll make it right.
